Mobilarm V100
The Mobilarm V100 is a water activated emergency beacon with in-built GPS that transmits accurate and regular tracking data of a man overboard directly to rescuers via VHF marine radio.
When activated by immersion in water, the Mobilarm V100 automatically transmits the GPS coordinates of the man overboard in a VHF DSC distress alert (channel 70) and on channel 16.* The V100 can also be manually activated. Vessels in VHF range, including the parent vessel, will receive the alert and be able to respond within seconds of the incident occurring.
Distress messages are repeated at regular intervals for up to 12 hours to provide rescuers with the current location of the man overboard. The device also has a strobe light to assist with visual homing.
The Device can be used as a rescue device for Man on Board or Scuba Divers
